Valerie's Story

Life My husband and I met on a blind date during my junior year. We dated all though my senior year and got married one week after graduation June 79. We live in Kansas City Missouri and have been married 43 years. We have three grown children. Two girls Valerie Kay 41 and Laura Ann 39, and our son Meredith A age 37. It's hard to believe how fast they grew up! We have 5 grandchildren our first and only boy is John Anthony 21, Madalyn Grace 16, Alia Brielle ...Expand for more
15, Amya Joelle 12 and Charlotte Mea 12. WOW! I don't feel that old!. In early 2009 seeing signs of pending doom in the mortgage market, I choose to retire, and close my Mortgage Processing Company after 15 years. Now I spend my time with my husband, our grand kids and kids. I serving at my church and traveling to see family back east and in the northwest. God has blessed me in so many ways. I'm thankful everyday for what lay ahead in our future.
