Gosh, where do you start. To say that the last 25 years since school has been out for the summer has been interesting is an understatement! It's been an adventure! Had tons of fun with parties, camping, fishing, and travelling before I got married. And have continued to have the same kind of fun (in a family atmosphere! of course) since. I met my husband on a blind date in 1989 and we have been together since. We got married July 11, 1992 and have enjoyed every minute of it. We have two children, our son is 12 years old and our daughter is 8 years old. I honestly do not know what we did for laughs before we had kids, because they keep us in stitches with their antics. We enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, baseball, golf and spending time with extended family. I lucked out on a career that I love about 16 years ago when I was buying for a major food supplier. I now am a supervisor in a purchasing department for a company in Winnipeg. What better way to spend a day than shopping with other people's money? nd expect to write my exam for my CPP designation next year. We have a house in the East Kildonan area and enjoy listening to the neighbors laugh about me changing the flower beds around every year. One year I will obtain perfection!

All of the above still remains the same with the exception that we are all older and I obtained my CPP designation in September, 2009. Finally I am finished night school, until I choose another designation to work on. Still haven't obtain perfection in the garden. Our time is spent at the ball diamond and camping all summer and planning camping trips and practicing baseball all winter. We wouldn't have it any other way!

Amazing how you read these post and life seems to be rolling along the same, yet different. My son is in his first year of university and my daughter is in grade 10. I'm still working for the same company as a contract manager now. Still spend our spare time doing the same things(camping, baseball, fishing, hunting, etc.) and still having a great time with life, spending time with friends and family.
