Many people think,"love hurts", but that is
not true. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts.
Envy hurts. Don't get these things confused with love. In reality

ATTITUDE
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or brea...Expand for more
k a company... a church... a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.

More about Valerie:"I'm the kind of girl that takes life very seriously, yet loves to laugh. I don't believe in mistakes or coincidences. I do believe that life is an incredible journey from God. I believe in true love, family & friendship. Today, Yesterday & Forever
WHEN THIS PUERTO-RICAN GIRL SAYS... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I'M NOT SHOUTING "I'M CLEAN LIVIN'." I'M WHISPERING "I WAS LOST, NOW I'M FOUND AND FORGIVEN." WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I DON'T SPEAK OF THIS WITH PRIDE. I'M CONFESSING THAT I STUMBLE AND NEED CHRIST TO BE MY GUIDE. WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I'M NOT TRYING TO BE STRONG. I'M PROFESSING THAT I'M WEAK AND NEED HIS STRENGTH TO CARRY ON.
WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I'M NOT BRAGGING OF SUCCESS. I'M ADMITTING I HAVE FAILED AND NEED GOD TO CLEAN MY MESS. WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I'M NOT CLAIMING TO BE PERFECT, MY FLAWS ARE FAR TOO VISIBLE BUT, GOD BELIEVES I AM WORTH IT. WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I STILL FEEL THE STING OF PAIN. I HAVE MY SHARE OF HEARTACHES SO I CALL UPON HIS NAME. WHEN I SAY... "I AM A CHRISTIAN" I'M NOT HOLIER THAN THOU, I'M JUST A SIMPLE SINNER WHO RECEIVED GOD'S GOOD GRACE, SOMEHOW! - BY MAYA ANGELOU".
