Life
Wonderful, talented and accomplished children all grown. Have one beautiful granddaughter, and one handsome grandson. Retired from working for others. Husband, Randy, and I recently moved to Osgood, Indiana to live the sweet country life that we both have always dreamed of. Big old farmhouse with creaky wooden floors, lots of fresh country air to breathe, and time to reflect and just enjoy life!
Hold the phone - we just couldn't sit still. Started new business and opened 2 new stores (both in town about 1/2 a block apart). Randy runs the only sporting goods store in town - BEAR'S DEN TRADING POST, selling hunting, fishing & ...Expand for more
camping supplies and I operate an antique store - SOMEWHERE IN TIME. So much for our time to reflect and rest. We also rent out our house in Wanamaker, and occasionally make trips in to maintain it.
2014 update - Closed the sporting goods store and Randy currently working at Amazon in Hebron, Ky. I closed my antique store and worked for 5 years as a Home Visitor helping new mothers learn how to take care of their babies and ensure proper development. Retired again last fall and am slowly working to build up an on-line business, substitute teaching at local elementary and high school and staying busy with lots of other things.
