Velma's Story
Life
My life has been an interesting one so far- full of unique experiences, people, and changes. I began with a rocky start. I never even thought I would go to college, much less obtain a Master's degree. Though my experiences as a single mom who was striving for an education were not always a picnic, I learned alot about myself and life. y husband and I have different interests now, the main one being our relationship with GOD. His forgiveness, compassion, and love for us has given us the "peace that surpasses all understanding." Change usually comes through time, but it was time with GOD that has really brought about in me a renewed woman. I give him all of the glory and honor for all of my blessings in this life! I look forward to talking to "old" high school friends whom I am sure are still "young" at heart!
