Venus's Story
Hi, I currently live in Chicago and have been married for five years to my husband Don, who is a terrific guy. I met him on match.com so I recommend it highly as it gives you access to some great people you would not have the chance to meet ordinarily. Previously, I lived in Denver for fifteen years and really miss it. I recently went back to school and recieved my master's degree in clinical psychology which I find fascinating. I loved every minute of school and it just proves that our brains don't deteriorate we just need to keep exercising them. I am still trying to get a job in the mental heal...Expand for more
th/counseling field. I have lots of animals, two dogs and two cats. I volunteer with many causes, (Chicago Rape Crisis hotline and the Obama campaign). I really like Chicago, it is a fun place to live but I hate the winters here and miss skiing and the outdoors of Colorado! The lakefront in Chicago during summer is a wonderful place to relax and I do enjoy sailing when I have the chance! I also love to travel. I enjoyed my years at FCHS and still stay in touch with friends I made there. I think history is important in relationships. It's great to have friendships that are twenty five years old.
