Vernon's Story
Life
Graduated from High School in 1976 enlisting in the Army National Guard in Feb of the same year. Attended Basic Training in 1977 and joined the Active Army in 1979. Worked way through the ranks to a position as First Sergeant in the Oregon Army National Guard, retiring in 2001. Left active duty in 1992 working several different jobs, finally landing a position as Materials Supervisor at Intel Corporati...Expand for more
on in Hillsboro Oregon. Most recently department was outsourced to a contracted company by the name of BAX Global and accepted a position as Warehouse Operations Manager. Transferred to San Jose CA in 2004 assuming position as General Manager. Transferred back to Portland as the General Manager back at the Hillsboro location working for the company of DB Schenker. Retired from DB Schenker in March of 2018.
