Veronica Houston:  

Life Her late grandmother would always emphasize that Veronica would use her gift to give glory to God. As a child, she was always the shy one who never liked singing in front people. Thank God, this was only a phase in her life that did not last long. With vocal styling that include Gospel, Jazz and Neo Soul she captivates audiences across the country. Veronica started vocal training at William Howard Taft High School under the tutelage of Donald “Buster” Woods. It was here that she participated in several concerts,competitions and workshops. After involving herself in different genre of music she was determined to continue her study of music at Northeastern Illinois University where she graduated in 2001. Her belief is you can never stop learning so she continues to attend vocal training, drum class and workshops at Dorolyn Academy of Music; where she continues to contribute her talents in their scholarship drives and fundraisers to save the arts. Veronica has recorded lead vocals on “He Delivered Me” with her church the New Miracle Temple Evangelistic Church and she has also recorded live with Elder Ted Williams of Tulsa, OK on “Intercession....Expand for more
