But the best thing is to carry on with your life and make newer friends. This is because life may take away something but it does give you something else in return. God wants you to know...... that it's time you let go. Yes, of course, you want to control so everything happens in just the way you want it. But at the end of the day, we control nothing, - it's all in God's hands, - has always been, and will always be. So, do what you can, and then let go, and let God handle the rest. God wants you to know... that your deepest connection to God is through your beloved. You are most open to God when your heart is wide open, and your mind is settled and worry-free. For most of us, this happens in the presence of our beloved. What greater thing is there for two human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to strengthen each other in all labor, to rest on each other in all sorrow, to minister to each other in all pain, to be one with each other in peace.
