Vicki's Story
Okay, I've delayed doing this, but if I wait any longer I won't remember it all! So here it is in a nutshell. Right out of high school I spent about eight years working and playing having a great time, but not thinking about the future. That work however turned into 31 years, so far, in municipal government, serving as a City Clerk, Human Resources Director and an Assistant City Manager. eptember, 2009. Also in 1989, I became a mom for real to a wonderful son, Dallas, who is now getting ready to fly the coop and join the military.
On the education front, I was a late bloomer, receiving my Bachelor of Science degree at age 40. I have also received a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Specialization in Worker's Compensation, my California Insurance License, a California Notary Public License, certification as a U.S. Passport Agent, and as of June, 2009 my certification as a Master Municipal Clerk.
My passions in life are great wine and fancy cooking for family and friends!
