I have been married to my awesome husband, Charles Botkin, for 16 years as of May 16th, 2022. He and I met in person on the very same day 20 years ago, May 16th 2002. We have two female cats named Squeakums and Poly. Squeaks was only 4 weeks old when my sister brought her to me. Charles and I had to nurse with a tiny bottle and hand feed her. He was so good with her because his family had raised a lot of young animals. She was so tiny that she fit in the palm of my hand, now she is enormous! The last time she was weighed the scales said "15 pounds"! That was several months ago and she has grown larger. Squeakums is lovely with long black fur everywhere, except her big belly. Her belly has the prettiest silvery gray colored fur. Our other cat is Poly and also came from my sister, Mary. She was found abandoned in a scorching hot parking lot the summer of 2021.
