Vickie's Story
Life
I married in August 1968 and divorced in 1979. I adopted my son Danny during that time. He is wonderful. I have a beautiful granddaughter and a goddaughter. They bring me much joy. I re-married in 1981. His name is Doug Williams and is the love of my life. We have been married for 23 years. He has 1 daughter whom we both love, Kelley.
We live in Henryville in Southern Indiana. We moved down here the day of our Wedding. We are very happy. We are in the process of selling our home in order to downsize and retire early.
I'm taking time off right now until the house is sold and we relocate closer to our granddaughter and goddau...Expand for more

I worked at JC Penney for 20 years (11 yrs in Anderson,9 yrs in Clarksville). I started in the stockroom and eventually became a Merchandiser. After leaving Penneys I have been working in the office environment doing Human Resource and Payroll related work. I like the office best.
I return to Anderson often to visit my mother as well as siblings. It makes me sad to see the old Madison Heights building being changed to Anderson High School.
My life has been full not without it's heartache. But if it doesn't kill you it usually makes you stronger. My source of strength is still Christ as it was back in school.
