Vickie's Story
Never thought of myself as fragile, just thin. I found that being a thin person is just like being a fat person. People pick on you no matter what. Not that it mattered much to me I had brothers and sisters who showed me the ropes. :) I wish I had the same metalbalism I had then though, okay maybe not that extreme but close. :)
That was then this is now. I've learned a lot since then. Never really thought of myself as a tom boy but I like to learn and try new things and work on cars, same with home remodeling and I did some side work for my dad, use to be an avid snomobiler, in 1989 I bought a 1979 (Blazer) monster truck, I got my motorcycle license in 2000. My first bike was a '00 Suzuki Savage 650 a nice starter bike. Now I have a 79' HD Shovel...Expand for more
head- Electra glide . Got whacked on it summer of 2014 in Cumberland, MD. I was blessed that I survived and came out with minor injuries.
In the summer of 2013 I married my 'first' boyfriend from HS. He served in the Army and bravely did 5 tours in Iraq and misses it. We both ride our Harleys and horses.
I have a wonderful son from my first marriage.
Finally bought my dream land in the country where our horse enjoy the pasture, love it out there.
I've grown in Christ was baptized finally when I was 32. That was awesome.
All in all I wouldn't change a thing, life is a journey and there is always room to grow. I consider myself to be blessed with all that life has thrown at me.
