Vickie's Story
I have retired from teaching after 32 years. Those years passed quickly. I'm still trying to adjust to retirement. I'm pretty much a routine person & all this free time seems to go by quickly in a day! We are now living in Stillwater, Oklahoma. My daughter, Stacy Michelle Watkins and husband Jeff & 4 children live here. My youngest son, Steven is also here in Stillwater. My Oldest son, Sean , lives in Atoka. Steve's has two daughters, Ashley Robinson, lives in Dayton, Texas. She has 3 children. His oldest daughter, Stephanie Carder, lives in Senoia, Georgia and also has 3 children. So we have a grand total of 10 grandchildren!

We spent 4 months in Houston after that. Seems like our only trips to anywhere is to Houston or to Atoka. My mother lives in Atoka and is 86 years young. My Dad passed in 2002. My brother , Larry Knight, and wife Johnnie Gail are still in Atoka also.
Steve's 50th Class Reunion was a few weeks ago. We were planning to go but we were in Houston during this time. He really wanted to be there . Especially since this was the last football game to be played on Phillips Field. He played football and his position was running back & corner back. He was All Conference & All District .
I can't believe I have been out of high school for 44 years! Time passes quickly. We all look back and realize they were some good times .
