Vickie's Story
Life has been good and very busy. I joined the Air Force in 1977, served all over the world and retired in Wetumpka, AL after serving for 26 years. I retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, and as the Commandant of the Gunter NCO Academy located at Maxwell, Gunter AFB, AL. I am married to a wonderful man and we have two sons: David is married to a wonderful woman and we have three grandchildren, he proudly serves in the Air Force and is stationed in Navarre Beach, FL, our youngest son Nick, is a C-17 pilot stationed at Charleston AFB, SC. ngineer from Auburn Unv, Al. and is getting married to a wonderful woman in the Spring. My hubby is also a retired Chief. I currently run all of the JROTC curriculum for the Air Force at Maxwell AFB, AL located in Montgomery, AL. My Dad passed away this past year and I have my Mom with me now. I often reflect on all of my classmates and pray that all is well with you and yours. Please let me know how things are. I wished I could've attended some of the class reunions, but I usually was too far away or was tending to sick parents or in-laws. May God bless all of you!
