I work for the Sierra Club as Director of Donor Development & Membership. I've been married since 4/94 to Sam. He's sweet, goofy, smart and tall --6'9". We cashed out on our house in the Bay Area and bought a six bedroom historic house on the water in NC. I never went to college. Lived there until I got married. Sam and I adopted a 12 year old who is now 19. All those terrible stories you hear about the problems with adopting an older child are true. We have lots of pets -- 10 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird. I run 20 to 30 miles a week. We go to a new developing country every year. I'm happier than I ever thought I'd be.
