Victoria's Story
Victoria (Vickie) is from Torrance, California. She is married to Kerry Barber, also class of 1974 from West High School. They just recently celebrated their 35th anniversary. Her schools include Sepulveda Elementary School, West High School. She has owned a Tax Practice In Antioch, CA called Victoria J. Barber, E.A. for the past 28 years.
