Victoria's Story
Life
Ok here's my life in a nut shell. After graduation I went to Tulsa and became a nanny. I then joined the Army Reserves in Oct. of 1989. I went to Dessert Shield / Storm. But I served state side at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana Texas. My now ex-husband served overseas. He came back I gave birth in 1991. We split up (still remaining friends). I moved to Atoka. I transfered from the Reserves to National Gaurd. Had lots of dead end jobs. Married again; and moved to Seminole. After 3 years of getting abuised I wised up and left him. (Not remaining friends). I now live in McAlester. I am a Correctional Officer and I have a second job as a clerk in a convience store. After 9/11. My ETS date to get out of the military was coming up in March. Because my son was physically sick with worry about me having to go to war. Which my Unit did go in Sept. I did not go. My son now lives with his dad in Tulsa. Me and his dad get along great so I can go up and stay the night if I wanted to. He tells all the girls he dates that if they have a problem with him getting along with his ex then there's the door. We are raising a son. He now has 3 other of his kids living with him. You life is great when people get along. Now the year is 2007. I hope to see everyone at our class reunion. I have put on about 100 lbs since the GOOD OLD DAYS !!! But I've been going to the Wellness Center to try to get back in shape. I don't think I'll make it to what I was in high school. That just means there will be more of me to see !!!
