Viki Lynn's Story

Life Since leaving Camarillo, I have moved several times. I left there and moved to Las Vegas, NV. Talk about an exciting place to live. It was amazing. We were supposed to be there for 3 yrs but good ole Pres. Nixon closed the small base my Dad was stationed at. We then had to move to Mc Alester, OK. Talk about a culture shock...it was awful there. Only good thing there was that I got my first horse which set the tone for the rest of my life. I raised and trained horses for more than 30 yrs. I married after moving to Sherman, TX and lived in Dallas area for about 25 yrs. I have since divorced and live in Southern NM. What an awesome place to be! I always wanted to be a horse trainer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a silly idea. As it turns out, they were wrong! The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Tetelle Widoff, because she was my best friend!!!. I LOVE my lif...Expand for more
e right now. It is the best time I have ever had so far. I am finally in a place to play and have real fun without all the stressors. How simple to live like this!! I have an amazing friends who love me and we all have fun together!! If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my barn and add on a new bathroom. My dream home would be log home in N. New Mexico...had one once!!. If I won $100 million, I'd give 50% of it to charities, then spend the rest on living , traveling!. My current age is 60. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I share my home with one roommate now and 3 cats. I also have a horse I am working with. If I had a do over...I would never have left Camarillo...I truly loved it there. But After meeting a couple from there again, I am glad I got to travel like I have. I think that the thing that would surprise people the most is that I do not look my age. Good GENES!!!!
