Viki's Story
In the last year of school, I was pregnant with my son, Cris...his daddy is Billy Gentilman. We have now been married for 36 + years. We have lived in Sarasota, Gainesville, Jacksonville and now we are in Bryceville...5 miles east of Georgia, about a mile west of Jax. Have had five head injuries and am disabled but still alive and able to function -- that is GOD for you!! I have a service dog named Patches who helps me keep my balance while walking, picks up things that I can't get because I get to dizzy, helps around the house -- even laundry (but she won't fold or put it away. atches place in a year or more. Billy and I are volunteer members of Red Cross, CERTjax and CERT Nassau County, several HAM radio clubs and I also volunteer for Forestry (Billy works there!) We also have an online travel business. Cris and his wife,
Cathy, made us grandparents in 2005 -- Dalton Paul Gentilman is the newest love of my life!! He looks just like his daddy, has a great sense of humor and will talk his head off once he knows you but is a bit shy at first.
In 1970 there was a group called Shalom that gave a concert at Riverview and I was saved there in the auditorium. Stoned at first and loving the concert and then realized who they were singing about...and gave my heart to Jesus! Best decision ever.
