For anyone who is interested, or who even remembers those high school days (I do struggle with that....not sure if it is too much fun from those days, a mental block or just age!).......left lovely Buffalo for beautiful southern California in 1978, finished my degree in business, and started working in human resources where I have been for over 30 years, specializing in staffing and recruitment. Currently, living in the San Diego, CA area. I spend my time with my family, including my two grandkids, Ryleigh Marie and Baby Ryder. Though for the life of me, I am baffled that I am even a grandmother to begin with! Come on! In my head, I am like 25 and then I look in the mirror and WHAT???? Who is that person?! Anyway, I do enjoy life immensely in spite of the fact that I am more than middle-aged. My husband, Jess, and I travel, love the National Parks and love the country-mountain life at our log home in north central WA State on the British Columbia border. We cruised on our sailboat in the mid 1990's and spent 6 months on Devotion, our 42' ketch-rigged Cascade, cruising up and down the coast of Mexico and the Sea of Cortez before starting our next (current) chapter, bought some land and built Blue Grouse Lodge. Looking forward to retirement in a few years.
