Life Greetings! So here's the scoop on my post-highschool life and achievements. After grad I attended SDSU for approximately 5 years as a Business Major. During that time I worked part time at a local electronics company doing a little bit of everything which was great in preparing me for the business world. I also kept up with my passion for dance by teaching at a local dance studio where I spent nearly every evening instructing all ages/levels in ballet, tap, jazz and Middle Eastern dance (aka Bellydance). I took a semester off and then finished my degree at National University where I graduated in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems. I then began working for a local manufacturing firm doing simple data entry. I was quickly promoted to IT Manager and so began my career in the IT Industry. I stayed with that company for about 3-4 years and during that time got married to a nice man from India. (I'm a sucker for foreign men ;P) My husband and I had a child, Lorenzo, who is now 7 years old and beautiful. During this time, I was offered another IT Manager position at an up-and-coming manufacturing company and decided to take it. Unfortunately, the company fizzled but it was a blessing in disguise as my prescious son was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer...Expand for more
