I'm interested in getting back in touch with classmates from EGR High School. I've had a couple of emails out of the blue over the summer, and it was a great experience getting reaquainted; I'd be happy to continue expanding the circle. As for me, I left EGR pretty much for good once I finished school at WMU (I was on the 7 year plan there!), and wound up going to grad school at DePaul in Chicago part-time while working at Continental Bank and then on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In 1990, after one of the coldest winters on record in Chicago, the boss asked for volunteers to go to an overseas office of the commodities futures firm I was working at... without really thinking it over I raised my hand, and some months later found myself in Hong Kong. That transfer started a new chapter in my life; I have lived and worked outside of the US for most of the past 20 years, with most of that being in Asia Pacific.
