Nyki and I met as Realtor's working at the same company - in fact it is the same company my Mom works for. My Mom and Nyki knew each other before I knew her. So we have been friends since 2004, when I moved to Hawaii.
We married on Dec. 31, 2008. I have a son - and a foster son - and Nyki brought 3 children with her. Our family of 6, all from different backgrounds - Nick (1/2 Italian, 1/4 Mexican, 1/4 English), John (1/2 Samoan, 1/2 Mexican), Kanani (1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 Portuguese), and Pono and Tuscany (1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 Midwestern US (Nyki is from Indiana)). When Nyki and I say, "These are our children.", we get some very funny looks.
Nicholas is living in LA, going to school near my brother, Robert. We miss him and look forward to the time we can be closer.".
