Violet's Story

Life After graduation, I moved to Phoenix AZ where my family moved due to my Dad's health. Then they moved to Tucson. Married and had two childern - Melissa and Gary Leach. Divored and married again (Silly Me) and had my last son Hugh Patton. We moved to Decatur, In for 1 1/2 years. Then on to Little Rock, Ar - Divorced and moved to Memphis, TN for 9 1/2 years. Raised the three on my own and very proud of them. My daughter was married and they moved to Cape Cod, Ma. and of course Grammie had to be near the Grandkids. While on Cape Cod I managed a B&B-Perwinkle on Nantucket, Ma for 2 seasons. That was a fun time with lots of stores. Then we all moved to Decatur, In where my son in law was born. I own my own home.I am remodeling as time lets me. My Mother is living with me. Good to have family around. I have two cats Chocolate Chip / Cassie/ Females. I have 7 Grandchildern and loving every minute of being a Grandmother. Can't wait for the weather to stay warm to start my gardens. T...Expand for more
hen it will be canning and freezing the good stuff. Forget the garden this year. Too much remodeling going on. Little by little this over 100 yr old home is coming alive. This past year has been a challenge - My two brothers and one sister passed away. Robert Spare (Falkerson), Richard Spare and Karen (Spare) Butler. My Dad passed away 2 years ago. Love to travel. Planning my trip to Cape Cod, Ma to visit friends and family for next year 2010. Gardening- remodeling my home. Love tear jerking movies. Drive and be by myself. Then talk over things and work to compromise. I pray my Friends remember me for being there for them, Laughter and Being Happy. Always Smile It does two things Makes someone smile back and they wonder what you are up to next. To fullfill my dreams only if it isin GOD'S plan . I have My Mother with me and she is MY FIRST PRIORITY. She is such a joy and has taught me so much over my life. Pray everyone has a Mother who cares for them like mine does me.
