Virgen's Story
Life
Well some of you must be wondering what happen to me from 1978 to about 1987. Well I left Chicago Jan. 1978 went to Puerto Rico took a little break before going to the University where i was majoring in biology with a minor in Military Science. That is where I met my husband who was majoring in the same field, except he went on to finish and I married him on 9-11-82 wow what a day.The summer of 83 went to Oklahoma where I stay for a few month, military duty from there on to Germany until 87 and back to Chicago been here since. Have four wonderful grown children and a grandson. Currently work in Social Service in Early Childhood.
I always wanted to be a archealogist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I blow steam by taking long walk and a hot shower
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have coffee, scones, and a book to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My children are my heroes, everyday is an event.

If I could improve my home, I'd remodel everything and add on a room. My dream home would be a beach house.
Still learning everyday is an event in this home.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to the orphanage, then spend the rest on my mom, my kids and me.
Ocassionally stay with friends it was good times.
My current age is 51. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be old. I was so completely wrong.
Not what I 'm doing now, I wanted to be in the medical field.
My best friend would tell you I'm nice, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as mean.
never follow fashion.
I share my home with kids, which I find fascinating.
not one.
In 10 years, I hope to be in a nice place. I'm going to get there by saving.
My oldest friend is my son godmother and we have known each other for ever.
My first job was at school, where I got paid 3.25 to 3.75. What I remember most about it is nothing actually it was summer.
I will never forget Myrna Rivera's Brother Nelson who taught me to climb walls and fence.
