Virginia's Story
Life
After graduating Univ. of Tenn., I stayed in Knoxville for 22 years and was Ad Mgr at Philips/Magnavox for 13 of those. I left Knoxville Dec.93 and headed to Nashville. I worked there as a freelance copywriter, Nashville tourguide and "independent travel director," ... all of which was a lot of fun and allowed me to travel some cool places, including 3 weeks in Maui. live now. Clarksville is an hour north of Nashville. I've been here almost 11 years and really love it. I bought a small home on 3.5 acres in the country and am very content and happy here. I'm a bit of a workaholic, but I come home to peace and quiet, a hot tub on the deck, a big front porch with a great view, flower gardens, goldfish pond, neighborhood ducks who know I keep corn for them ... and the BESTEST dog ever!
