Virginia Haas:

CLASS OF 1976
Charlotte, NC

Virginia's Story

Life I have been a legal secretary since I graduated from Kings College in 1977. I am now working for the Diocesan Attorney for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte. He is the only attorney for the Diocese of Charlotte and I am the only legal secretary. It's a great job working for the Catholic Church! I have been here for about 15 years and I will continue until retirement. I have two beautiful children. Kate is 17 and will be a Senior next year. She is first in her class and makes all "A's". My son James is finishing the 4th grade and also makes all "A's". He is vice president of his school, in the Honors Chorus and lots of other clubs and competitions. He loves basketball (UNC) and plays for St. Ga...Expand for more
briel's. He also likes football and played for SouthPark. As you can see I could go on and on about my children, but I'll stop here. We live in the Sedgefield neighborhood close to South End. It's a great place to live and convenient to everything. I have done a poor job of keeping up with old friends. Most of my friends are my neighbors in my cul-de-sac and friends at work. I do hear about my old friends through my mother who still lives in Coulwood. We visit her every Sunday. My husband and I have been separated for about 5 years. It is a very amicable situation and we see him just about every day. I will have to have the assistance of my daughter in putting a picture up. I'm still learning.
