Virginia's Story
Life
My days at Churchland seem so distant. When I left there, I went to Longwood for a couple of years, and then moved to Daytona Beach, FL, where I soon met my husband. We married and lived in Seattle, WA for a few years, where we had our first son. Homesick for family and sunshine, we came back to Florida, and have lived here since, mostly in the Daytona area. and I am truly blessed with a wonderful, loving husband and 2 great sons. I enjoy my job as an critical care RN at a nearby hospital, working as a charge nurse for the past 16 years. We love traveling and still enjoy our family vacations. I try to get to VA every year to see family, but it has been a long time since I was in the Portsmouth area. Hello to all my old classmates from Churchland, Class of 74, and I would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year, and hope you are all healthy and happy.
