Virginia's Story

I was raised in the woods until we moved to Ballard. I was being hidden as I am the crippled abortion that lived.I had three surgeries on each foot so I can walk. Those years at Ballard were the best of my life, though I was too shy to make many friends. Mom turned the family against me and tried to with her friends who were disgusted with her. I was not allowed many friends except one or two and only if they would allow my little sister to tag a long. She did not like my husbands. My kids were her target too as she put them in foster homes where they were abused and messed up. They sure wern't loved. Foster care is torment for kids to begin with. Since then I have done a lot of research on the foster care situation and it is so horrible it is beyond belief as most of the kids wind up in prison and are treated like slaves as the prison system is now privatized and they are nothing but commodities to be traded on Wall Street. It would save a bundle of money and prevent a tyon of misery if they do away with foster homes. Orphanages were better. Even those hurt kids.Their rights have been denied and they rarely get over the traumatising experinces they are forced to go thru. Gov. Howard Dean of VT got rid of most except extreme cases and solved his states financial woes as well. He gave parents parenting classes and job training. He would have been the best President to happen to this country but the media was against him. So look what we got instead. I got the ACLU book on the Rights of Families and have helped several young women who's kids were illegally taken (and abused) back with their mom, One is a very good friend now. She got a nice settlement from the State. We are in such dire straights as a nation now because the system is broken and the people who allowed it were...Expand for more
asleep at the wheel are still asleep so I hold out no hope. Too few who know it and/or what to do about it. How about we return to the Constitution? Dad said our Family motto is "Won by honor, not by wealth" During WW2 I spent summers with my brother and sister at my grandparents little farm in the Spokane Valley. Caring for chickens and rabbits and gathering vegtables and berries and learning to prepare them made me feel loved and cared for and Grandma taught me several poems as well One or two I remember. I read the Bible three times over by the time I was fourteen. It's amazing how much of that I remember as my parents were radicals and didn't believe in God. I joined about six different churches looking for the right one. . Yet I believe Jesus words are true and could save the world if we would just practice what he preached. Most people do or used too anyway.. Now I hlave finished 30 years study on the forest giant known as Sasquatch or Bigfoot. They are mentioned in the Bible several times. Deut.2"20 and the first half of the book of Joshua. Goliath was one of them.Other nations have them too and they are mentioned in ancient history, before the Egyptians. It is all in my book. My book is full of facts and fun about Sasquatch and colorfullly illulstrated. You can see some of it and join my blog at saveoursasquatch.. Let me know if you drop by. My original intent was to leave this world happier and laughing and to stop idiots from going out in the woods and killing them, (and getting killed) just to prove they exist. Isn't the Bible enough? What really got me angry was some cheechako went and killed a mother and one of her young and left one to wander the woods in sorrow and die of hunger. Killing something to prove it exists is counter productive wouldn't you say?
