Vone's Story
Worked for the federal government for over 36 years - now retired. Spending my retirement time doing all the hobbies I never had time to do while working. Have done some pottery painting. Enjoy learning about foreign countries and then traveling to them - have visited over 40 countries so far. The biggest thrill was going to Egypt, Turkey, China and Tibet. ery year to the Scottish Games in Virginia - enjoy bagpipe music - even the Scottish Rock bands. Have been going to the telecast of the Met operas at Tysons - but really going to see the costumes and set design more than the singing. Like to spend time in the fall planting bulbs in my yard - makes the winter go faster - and something to look forward to in the spring. Spend time researching things on my computer - which is mostly what I did when I was working for the government.
