Wally's Story
Life
I entered the Navy after high school and did four years as a jet mechanic on the A-4 "Sky Hawks" and flight crew on copters.
I entered the building industry after the service and I am still in it. I am currently a senior project superintendent and work on multi -million dollar projects such as medical buildings and retail centers.
I have two children and they are grown and have their own kids.I have two grandchildren.
I have lived in AZ.since 1981 which is always hot, except for the years of 1989 to 1995 at which time I lived in Washington state as a General Contractor.
I miss Kalifornia but a "man's gotta do what a man's gotta do". I visit every couple of years because it hasn't fallen of yet as we were told in our youth.
I really enjoyed the 20yr.reunion at Gladstone and look forward to another gathering of folks for the " 40th"? I was at Gladstone until the 10th grade and then went to Bonita for my 11th and 12th years. I have grown up since kindergarten with the class of "71" at Gladstone. I went to Murray,Paramount,Valleydale and Center schools.
I miss being around all my class mates and s...Expand for more

School
The biggest crush?
She didn't even know I was alive back then.
Favorite teacher would be
Mr. Welch in History because of his energy while doing his job was so intense. He really had a way of getting the information across.
Things I would have done different in school?
I would have been more out going. I was a little reserved when I was at Gladstone.
Most memorable times?
When the other schools would bury the rock in a hole or put cars on top of the ticket office.I also liked the pep rallies before the football games.
All this was at Gladstone
