My father, was a doctor and encouraged me to pursue my passions. To his credit I've been able to do that my entire life.
Initially I was fascinated by 'FIRE'. You see growing up in Southern California the Fire season lasts 8 months where wild fires can decimate an area. I was captivated by all the brush fires in the area and how they were dealt with. So I studied 'Fire Science' in college and graduated with a BS degree in Forest Fire Management. I'm also great at the BBQ.
After college I joined the Forest Service and became a 'Smoke Jumper' for 5 years and helped put out big forest fires all over the lower 48 st...Expand for more

Next, I relocated to Seattle and took a job with a local fire department as a fire fighter and emergency medic.
My other passion was flying. I initially took it up as a hobby while fighting fires and ultimately made a career change. I got my airline transport pilot's license and began flying all around the world.
I love to travel and have visited Australia, The Dominican Republic, The South Pacific, The Caribbean, Alaska, Canada and Mexico to name a few place.
I got hired by the Charlotte Hornet's NBA basketball team to fly the Corporate jet. I'm 6 feet tall but those players seemed so much taller. I accumulated a lot of air time flying the owners around the country.
During my flying career I've flown for a number of air freight companies, private air charter groups and the Federal Reserve. One of my most challenging and exciting positions was as a Instructor Pilot teaching others how to fly....had some close calls a time or two.
I came back to earth a few years ago and now devote myself to another passion. "Entrepreneurship'.
I've discovered the secrets to making money on the Internet and now fly for fun. I enjoy sharing it with my friends and will tell you all about it, if you ask nicely. ( smile )".
