Walt's Story
Here are a few milestones and factoids from my life:
After graduation I went to college. I ran cross country my freshman year but injured my knee and had surgery. This ended my running career.
I earned a Bachelor¿s degree in Math with an option in Computer Science. Since I didn¿t relish the thought of working for a company like Rockwell or Northrop I decided to start a computer consulting business. I provide network computer consulting services to small businesses. I have doing this since 1984.
I married in 1987 and had my two daughters in 1990 and 1992. One is in college now and the other is still in...Expand for more
high school. Being a Dad has been one of the highlights of my life.
We moved to Portland Oregon in 1993. Between the recreational alternatives, weather and open space I really enjoy living here.
I have pursued a number of hobbies and sports over the last 30 years including skiing, motor cycle racing, surfing, stunt and power kite flying, shooting/hunting, magic, and bicycling. I also coached my daughters in soccer and basketball for 10 years. My primary recreational activities these days include bicycle riding and working out at the gym.
