Wanda's Story
Life
After graduating from Churchill in 1977, I attended the University of the Incarnate Word and received my BBA degree in Accounting in 1980. In November 1981 I married my husband Paul, a 1975 MacArthur HS graduate (also an Accounting graduate). We have been married for 27 years. We have three amazing children (one daughter and two sons) and the most adorable granddaughter. Our daughter is married and has a baby girl, our oldest son is in college and our younger son is currently a high school senior. Our granddaughter is just turning 2, so...Expand for more
you know what that means... They're only the "terrible two's" for mom & dad; for Nana and Pop's we call this stage the "Triumphant Two's" because she's learning such independance!
After holding several accounting positions from 1981-1988, I spent the next 15 years as a stay-at-home mom to raise our children. In 2002 I re-entered the work force to accept the position of Accountant and Payroll Coordinator at our church. In addition to working at our church, I also homeschool our youngest son.
We still, and have always, resided in San Antonio.
