Wayne's Story
Life
Life for me is completely different since high school. LetÂs see... After HS I went to MCCC for awhile. Bounced around from meaningless job to job.. Finally in 1998 I decided it was really time to move on. I joined the Military (NAVY) and went off to boot camp in Chicago. After boot camp I went to Aviation Hydraulic and Pneumatic school in Pensacola Fl (great experience in Fl). Then my final duty station was Norfolk VA. I was stationed at Naval Station Norfolk & Naval Air Station Virginia Beach. I was assigned to CVN-75 (aircraft carrier). Went on two 6-month deployments into the Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, and floated around in the Indian Ocean for awhile.
I spent some time in Crete Greece, Rhoads Greece, Marmaris Turkey, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Oman, London England, Cape Verde islands (off of the coast of North Africa) St.Martin isla...Expand for more
nd, Key west Fl, and mostly South Africa.
Threw all that, must say that me and Mike J.(& family) are still good buddies.
I'm Married to a beautiful South African women (speaks 5 different languages, very cool, but family reunions are hard to understand lol.) and we have 2 beautiful daughters (Skyler-Sage Belinda Carroll) born 3/29/04. (Emma Elizabeth Carroll) born 2/15/06.
Currently we are living outside of York, PA. I am a supervisor at Raycom Electronics Inc. We make magnetic components, transformers, inductors for the Military, and Industrial aviation companies. Military leadership and knowledge has been extremely helpful with the job.
**-new update** Don't work there anymore. Now I work for British Aerospace Engineering Systems. (BAE Systems). College degree really helped out there.
