Wayne's Story

Life Life has taken me on a journey I never thought would happen upon leaving NBHS. After being discharged from the service in which I traveled to various countries I landed a position with a International Seafood company in sales. My career took me to almost every state in the US plus travel abroad mostly in the Scandinavian countries. Most memorable experience I have was attending the Winter Olympics in 1994 for 10 days which was held in Lillehammer, Norway. I was fortunate to experience the midnight sun in the dead of summer. self extremely fortunate. My career lasted 43 years. I have 3 children two Sons and a Daughter. The colleges they attended are Mass Maritime Academy, Southern Connecticut University, and Emerson College. As you get older your priorities change. Currently good health is my top priority. Active in sports I played in a men's softball league til I was 36. I then took up golf which I enjoy and it allows me to relax. Most interesting I am a natural lefty in which I do everything left handed. I batted left handed my entire baseball career. When I took up golf it felt natural to me to golf right handed. Go figure.
