He later attended South Dakota School of Mines & Technology Admissions, University of Minnesota, Northern State University. Music he likes includes Stevie Nicks, Gibson, Whitesnake/David Coverdale. One of Wayne's favorite quotes is:"Bigamy is having one spouse; monogamy is the same. Not only do we need strength for the single battle but we also need resolute fortitude for the long campaign. The difference between truth and fiction is that fiction has to make sense. It's a fool that looks for logic in the chambers of the heart. May those that love me; love me and those that don't, may God put a stone in their shoe that I may know them by their limp. What is better than wisdom? A good woman. What is better than a good woman? Nothing. If it's true we are here to help others what exactly are the others here for? Life is like riding a bicycle; you have to keep moving to keep your balance. Of a million sperm it's hard to believe he was the one smart enough to find the egg. Children are here to replace us. Think about it. Their first words are: Mommy, Daddy, Bye, Bye. Be yourself. All the others are taken. Never make tea with another man's tears. Reply to a fool as his folly requires.". More about Wayne:"When I look back at the tough times in my life I some times think God's eye was doubtless on the sparrow. I don't own any stocks or bonds. All my money is tied up in debt. I need a large and diverse educational background in order to successfully navigate my social world. I believe that what a son needs from his father is far more complex than what a father needs from his son to love his son unconditionally. I occasionally seek the approval of others to validate my self worth. I believe that without love it is not the end of the w...Expand for more
orld. It just feels like it. I believe I should only disappoint and make angry the people who love me enough to forgive me. If you can't accept me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best. I sometimes try not to look at people too closely. It spoils the illusion of respectability. The Lord's solutions are greater than my problems. If someone has animosity towards me or holds a grudge I need to see if I had a part in it. If I did I need to apologize . If not, I need to forgive them. We reminisce not longing for the past but to assure each other we haven't lost our memory and to convince ourselves we are wise enough now to understand that the many things we did in our life were very foolish. The devil always try's to play in my empty pocket. My fear should be part of my humility. I believe that there is either other life in the universe or there isn't and either possibility boggles my mind. With me trouble is a bottomless glass at a topless bar. God wants me to do great little things in a quiet way. I have always loved well. Just not wisely. I believe that not many things matter but the ones that do matter a lot. I believe that my happiness consist of five things: (in no particular order) Having something to do. Loving myself. Having someone to love. Having something to look forward to. Having a higher power. I don't fear death but I fear no one will notice my absence. I wish not to be forgotten. I have a heart full of dreams and a soul full of memories. I wonder if what I have is all I was meant to have. Sometimes this is discouraging. Turning my will and life over to the care of God is very difficult for me. But, once done and committed to Him I find my life much easier, smoother, and happier. The Norwegian Prayer: Lo, there do I see my father. Lo, there do I see my mother, my sisters and my brothers. Lo, do I see the line of my people going back to the beginning. And, Lo, do they bid me to take my place among them in Halls of Valhalla where the brave may live forever.".
