Life
WOW!! The only thing that turned out as I expected, is that Stacy and I are still together. It's funny how we placed so much stock in planning for our future, only to find that life just isn't that simple. Adapt and overcome....that's my new motto. At the end of the day, life is good as long as you have someone to share it with.

ity college student, I moved on to bigger and better things.
Workplace
I have been woking in emergency services since leaving Von's grocery store in 1988. My experience as a paramedic firefighter has been terrifying, euphoric, tragic, and yet amazing overall.... Now, as I reflect on my life as a Fire Captain, I have learned to appreciate the small things in life, like a kiss from my 4yr old daughter, when I come home from the fire station.
