Wendell's Story
I married Sherri Holland in 1974, we have 2 children. Both of them are married and we have 5 grand children. They live with in a few blocks and we see them everyday. My daughter graduated OU and is an elementry teacher in town. She got her Masters from Sam Houston U. My son in law is an assistant principal at an elementry school. They have 4 of our grandchildren. linois and is a Caterpillar Field Service Mechanic. Him and his wife had my 5th grandchild this last summer.
We lived in Cleburne after we were married until 1989 when we moved to West Virginia because of a job change. For the next 13 years we moved around the country to Virginia, Oklahoma, Illinois, Arkansas and then back to Texas in 2002. I've been in the mining industry since leaving school.
