Wendy's Story
Life
I live on beautiful Fidalgo Island in North Puegt Sound. I am working full time as a nurse while continuing with my education and raising my two kids alone. We love living in Anacortes, WA. It is a very small town. It rains half as much as Seattle, but it is very green and very beautiful. I love being a mom, and my children make it very easy. I can't believe I have the best two kids in the world. My daughter is a natural athlete, honor roll student, talented artist, and loving big sister. My son is the funniest person I know, his humor is beyond his years. He is my Mr. Science and Math guy. So thoughtful and kind, he knows jus...Expand for more
t what to say to make me and his sister smile. They make life's struggle seem so minor. I am enjoying school so much, I will probably spend much of my life continuing with my love of learning and improving my self to be the best nurse I can be. Even more exciting to have my daughter follow so closely in my footsteps. As for my son, it changes daily, sometimes he says he wants to be a doctor, sometimes an engineer, or a scientist. Other days he talks of being an interior designer, who knows he could do anything. Meanwhile, We will enjoy our walks through the beautiful woods by the water, enjoying everything God made for us together.
