Life
Well, let's see here...I believe the task at hand is to describe my life as it is at this moment in time. Those of us who graduated in '64 surely know my age...although, I cannot imagine that I am really the same age as my mother when my oldest child was 14. That son is now approaching his 40th birthday...eeee-Gods! Anyway, life is good...the children are grown and have given us 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11 to 2. They live near by and make frequent visits.The kids living at home now-a-days are 2 Welsh Corgis. Lulie and Gordy. They keep me fit and they keep me humble!
My days are filled with interior design projects...I have had great clients over the years and I truly love my work although it is sometime difficult finding the balance between work and relaxation.
Cleve and I love to travel and do so as much as our time and wallets will allow. We still ski in the West at least twice a season and have ...Expand for more
a Deer Valley trip planned for January '08.
We sold our home in Nantucket a while back but sill go to the island frequently. I have clients there which is a rather nice perk.
We are blessed with good health and work hard at staying fit.
My family members are all near by. Steph, '62 and Paul Castle live in Atlanta although, Steph spends about 10 months of the year at their place in Maine. You just can't take the
"yankee" out of the Crance girls. Deb, ( 6 years younger than I) is a mostly southern girl since she was only 11 when we moved South. She's about the sweetest sister a girl could have! Peter, ( 12 years younger than I) has settled in Jacksonville, FL.
Dad is still living independently with the help of trips to the grocery, the doctors, haircuts, etc. He's really pretty amazing. We lost my beautiful Mother 2 years ago .
Guess that will have to suffice for now. I'd love to reconnect with some OLD classmates!
