Life
August 2005 - Life is good. I don't live in France, but I will figure out how to secure similar benefits - or die trying. I loved visiting equatorial Africa, but am still searching for the perfect getaway spot. I think I can safely eliminate Aruba. I hear Costa Rica is awesome - must learn Spanish.
Currently gainfully employed, and I kind of like it (except for the benefits) and can't imagine full retirement anytime soon.
Divorced with twin daughters, now 30. One is married and getting her master...Expand for more
s in pursuit of a career in opera. The other is a youth director in Presbyterian Churches, almost married and promising many grandchildren to follow.
Own my little ranch home in North Georgia and live with a church friend and housemate, Pat, an IT professional and fiction author, and her dog, Brindle.
I was so pleasantly surprized at the 40th reunion last Fall with the folks who showed up, all so happy and satisfied with their lives and so different. I'm proud of us. At nearly 60, I guess this is success.
