Wendy's Story

Life Can you believe it's nearly time for our 35-year reunion? Amazing! Currently I work full-time as the manager of customer service, human resources and administration for a small ASP (think websites for tradeshows). In the fall of 2004 my first book "Stories to Read Under the Palm Tree" was published (you can find it at Barnes and Noble, or Amazon.com) and "Reading in the Hammock: More Stories to Read Under the Palm Tree" will be on the shelves before 2007 is over. I am currently working on the first of two books to help students transition form school to 'the real world' - the first is transitioning from t...Expand for more
he classroom to the workplace, and the second will be for making the transition from being at home to being independent. Craig (HHS '71) and I have been married since 1974, and have a son (Chris, HHS '96) and a daughter (Joy, HHS'97). We are both very active in the ministries of our church, where I am a Lay Pastor and coordinate the Prayer Ministry. By the way, we live in the same house where I grew up. (Note to alumni who may be in the remodeling business - we are beginning some major undertakings on the house.) And we're always happy to see or hear from Howard High alumni, so please get in touch any time...
