Christopher & Wendy's Story
Life
Once I graduated from Liberty High, I spent the summer working at Godfathers Pizza as a delivery driver, and hanging with a small group of people. I had thought about going into law enforcment when I went into Central, but this changed once I had a taste of Psychology. I pretty much fell in love with Philosophy and Psychology at CWU, but you can't make much of a living as a Philosopher. I majored in Sociology and Social Services. You can't make much of a living as a social servant either.
After college I was employed at the ARC of King county for about 4 years working with adults who have disabilities. There I learned to assist adults with special needs in the community. After that I was able to take what I learned at the ARC and go off on my own as a contracted Rehabilitation Specialist. I now work in hand with case managers who handle Trust accounts for adults who have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from an accident.
I had always a need for fitness, but lacked any outlet. I joined up with Gold's Gym as a member, and later was able to become certified as a personal trainer. harles Pearson (3 time lightweight world champion) in the area of Full Contact Fighting. This is commonly known under their federation name of UFC. I currently have an even record of 4-3. After my September fight of 04', I took a break from the fighting aspect and focused more on developing my career. In July of 2005 I opened up my own social service agency dedicated to assisting adults with traumatic head injuries. The business was established with some of my own clients and new participants. However, the work although long and grueling was very rewarding. Those of you in the health care field know what I mean. In March of 2006 I became part of the first wave of agents for Washington State for American Family Insurance. I currently finished up transitioning my caseload over to other agencies, and closed my social service company. I will now begin my extensive training in all lines insurance with American Family, and open my doors for business in July of 2006.
I currently have three daughters. No more kids for this guy! I informed my Wendy (wife) that since we have only daughters I have the perfect line for any boy that even thinks of staying over, or hints at what I would have done at his age. I will simply inform the young man that "If I wanted a boy in my house, I would have had a son".
