Wendy's Story
To pursue my career, I moved to Seattle about 15 years ago. I love the area and enjoying the beautiful outdoors is a way of life for me. I guess you could say I grew up and found my reason for belonging. I struggled the last few months in my Senior year of high school (because of a boy who belonged to my best friend - how dramatic!) and ended up finishing up at Independence. I still stay true to the Bruins! My hobbies are running, cycling, swimming, tri's, marathons, half Ironmans, you name it. I like to stay connected to my childhood by attending concerts, (just enjoyed The Police, Van Halen and Bruce Springstein) and visit my healthy family often as I need too. I have owned a few homes and just finished building a new home in Woodinville. Great family and friends is what I am about and my two dogs which are my child...Expand for more
ren. I was married (great experience), never had children but I have not ruled them out. I have very much enjoyed my career in the field of Human Resources and Development and after 15 years in corp America, I have taken another risk and left to pursue my own business. I own and operate a paint your own pottery studio called Color Me Mine in Mill Creek WA. It keeps me very busy and the girls that work for me are awesome. My career has taken me all over the US and I spent a great deal of time in Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. I keep in touch with many friends from Ponderosa and absolutely love hearing updates on their lives. Thanks for taking time to read my humble story. Would love to hear from you and learn how you are doing and what ou have been up to. It's been very fun for me to re connect with a few "classmates".
