Will's Story
Will is from Oxford, Mississippi. Will's schools include Palatine High School. Will later attended Wheaton College (History, Political Science). Will is retired. He was the founding dean of the Meek School of Journalism and New Media, University of Mississippi for 11 years. Before that, he was Dean of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for 19 years. The CoJMC at UNL is a Carnegie-Knight School.

Norway. Will has been fortunate to travel to more than 60 nations, interacting with government and education leaders.
He and his wife, Susan Langdon Norton, have a son, William Kinsey Norton, and Laine Langdon Norton. William is the CEO of a startup corporation, Simply Agree. It helps law firms manage contract agreements. Laine is assistant dean for advancement at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. She was the Development Officer for the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her team completed a $90 million fundraising drive for a new building for the college. Susan is an attorney who left her position as a special assistant to the U.S. Attorney at the Federal Court in Oxford.
