William's Story
William is from St. Louis. His schools include Ladue-Horton-Watkins High School. Before starting my pursuit of higher education, I followed to some extend of my father's footsteps and served my country, while he was in the Army, I chose the Navy...I served aboard the USS Annapolis a radio communications ship that sat off the coast of Viet Nam and handles 90% of all messages in and out...from there I served on the USS Coral Sea an airport at sea...I came out of the service married and should have stayed in as it did not work out...two good and decent people who escalated a friendship in to a marital status...We had a daughter and are now not only grandparents but great grandparents...a two years out of the Navy and at the ate of 26 I began my pursuit of higher education by attending Snow Collage in Ephriam, Utah...after six months I took a break and spent it in Israel...I was there for another six months and did the Kibutz experience climbed Mt. Siani, and lived in Jerusalem within walking distance of the Wailing Wall, Dome of the Rock and Golgatha Upon my return to the US I went bac...Expand for more
k to Snow for another six months and then transferred Ricks Collage in Rexburg, Id. was only 20 or so miles from the Teton Dam, and it was only two years after it had burst and some of the affects were still evident...from there I went to Lindenwood University where I finally earned my degree in Mass Communications. A lot more has happened as it has with all of us, from being Haley Mills escort at the World premiere of "The Trouble with Angels," to a return to Israel where I served as an assistant tour guide...I am now living in Murray, Utah a suburb of Salt Lake city, not unlike the relationship between Ladue and St. Louis...I remain an avid Cardinal and Blues fan as well as a supporter of the Mizzou Tigers...Have enjoyed the past reunions and look forward to seeing as many of you who last another two years for our 50 year reunion...I hold the same wish for myself...may the Lord bless you in all your righteous endeavors and may you and your loved ones be on the receiving end of positive vibes...I go by Will, now....so this is Will signing off...
