A habitual underachiever, Bill's taciturn but tenacious genius has frustrated friends and family for five decades now. As a teenager, he changed his mind about his AF Academy appointment and turned down engineering studies at an Ivy League school to study art. After barely earning an English degree, he proceeded to walk away from Technical Writing offers for the Army and NASA, instead choosing MFA studies in Theater. to runaway with the circus. This sufficiently established his ignominious career and he decided to go into semi-retirement in Sarasota. He failed miserably at that as well, having gotten married; the only true success in his life.

His work has included Lighting and Set Design, Technical Director, Master Carpenter, Master Electrician, and Propmaster. For more see his longest employer's website, Asolo Rep Theatre
