William's Story
Been married three times.
Joined the Navy after High School as a Electronic Technician.
Retired from the Navy in Jan94 as an ET1. Moved to Sioux Falls, SD Oct94 Worked for Gateway for 8 years and got laid off in Sep03
Worked as a Corrections Officer at the State Penitentiary for two years Jan04 to Feb06.
I worked on death row and with the mental health unit.
Finished a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice while at the pen.
My wife Rita and I breed parrots. We have had over 100 birds in the house at one time.
Worked at selling drugs after the Prison for a year at Tel-Drugs.
May07 started working at Daktronics, which is a scoreboard company...Expand for more
here in Sioux Falls. Working in the repair shop.Sept08 started working on the customer service helpdesk taking phone calls to repair scoreboards and digital displays.
Dec08 Found and Removed Colon Cancer. got it all and am 100% cancer free.

Still working at Daktronics now I watch the big electronic billboard all around the world. There are over15000 of them.
Still cancer free.
Had to re-home all the parrots (14) due to my health. I now have COPD.
Update 01/14/2022
Still Cancer free.
May of 2020 retired from Daktronics with 13 years due to Covid.. They retired anyone over 58.
Lost my wife of 35 years in February 2022 due to covid.
